1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags or labels intact
The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (we’ll cover return shipping in these cases)

Non-returnable items include:

·         Perishable goods

·         Personalized or custom-made products

·         Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)


2. How to Request a Return

Follow these simple steps:

·         A brief description of the issue

·         Photos or video evidence (for damaged or incorrect items)

Step 2: Return Authorization

We’ll respond within 24–48 hours to confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Step 3: Ship the Item

·         For damaged/incorrect items: We’ll arrange pickup or provide a prepaid return address.

·         For change-of-mind returns: You’ll need to cover return shipping costs.


3. Refund & Replacement Options

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will offer:

·         💳 Refund to your original payment method (within 5–10 business days)

·         💳 Store Credit (if preferred)

·         🔁 Replacement item (subject to availability, for defective/incorrect items)

Note: Refunds exclude original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.


4. When Returns May Be Denied

Your return may be declined if:

·         The item is used, washed, or damaged by the customer

·         You submit the return request after 7 days of delivery

·         You fail to provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
