3. Payments

·         Mobile Wallets (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, etc.)

For COD orders, full payment is due at the time of delivery.

4. Shipping & Delivery

·         Delivery timelines provided are estimates only, not guarantees.

·         Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the product is delivered.

5. Returns & Refunds

·         Returns are accepted only if they meet our Returns Policy requirements.

·         Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after return approval.

·         We are not responsible for:

o    Products damaged due to misuse

o    Customized products returned due to change of mind

·         All website content (logos, images, text, etc.) is the property of Mominass and is protected under Pakistani copyright laws.

·         Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

7. Customer Responsibilities

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

·         These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

·         Any disputes will first be resolved through mutual negotiation.

·         If unresolved, disputes shall be settled in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
