  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Custom-made or pre-order items may require additional processing time (please refer to product details for specific timelines).

5. Order Tracking

  • You can track your shipment on the relevant courier's website (e.g., TCS, Leopards, DHL, etc.).


6. Delivery Issues

  • Failed Deliveries: If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery or hold your package at a local collection point.

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your package is lost or damaged. Provide tracking information and photographic evidence to help us resolve the issue quickly.
